We can co-ordinate as much or as little of the event as you wish – the last thing we want to do is to take away the excitement from you – you are involved all along the way!

We start off with an initial consultation at a location convenient to yourselves. We can do this on the telephone or via email if necessary but we prefer to meet you in person. We will talk over your ideas, plans and budget and then discuss how you would like us to be involved. We then produce ‘a proposal’ based on our conversation which lists the various requested items with costs along with our fee. You then have a couple of weeks to think about the content and when you are happy with everything and have signed a confirmation of order we then get the wheels in motion and your special event is receiving our undivided attention. We meet regularly to ensure our agreed plans are running smoothly and to the timetable. You will also receive status reports keeping you informed at all stages during the ‘run-up’ to the event.

We tailor your occasion to your budget ensuring you get value for money. Due to the good relationships we have with popular venues and entertainers etc we manage to get the best prices possible and you benefit from the savings we make.

We will be on hand whilst the setting up is taking place as well as during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to our agreed timetable. No stone is left unturned and we make sure everything is as you planned.
